Join us for a fun and interactive afternoon making traditional filled holiday rice cakes.

Students will learn:

  • How to prepare rice cake dough and fillings from scratch
  • Techniques for blending different flavors of fillings
  • How to use molds to shape delicate flower designs
  • Insights into the cultural background of traditional rice cakes

Each student will take home 12 delicious flower formed rice cakes, 3 each of classic custard, matcha coconut, chocolate black sesame, and cherry cranberry fillings.
