This beautiful lady has a gorgeous pyrography surface.  The background texture is delicately burned into the wood with a knife tool creating a unique lustrous textured black finish reminiscent of brocade.  Her hairpin feartures a captured free floating ring carved along with the ornament from one piece of wood.
